Megan and George Landkamer are heartbroken to share the news that their beloved Lhasa Apso, Tanner, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2025 in Columbus, Nebraska. He was 15 years old.

Born on September 6, 2009, Tanner loved chasing the soccer ball, taking nice walks with his family, and barking at nothing, Megan says. “He had fun chasing laser lights and had the frights of thunder. He enjoyed hanging out with his family with an occasional Miller Lite.”

Tanner leaves behind his parents, Megan and George, his brother Brayden and sister Kaitlyn, and a beagle brother named Chance.

“Tanner gave us the most unconditional love a dog could ever give,” Megan said. “He was your friend, he followed you, and in his younger years, he enjoyed playing a game of soccer with his sister Kaitlyn and brother Brayden.”
