Ariella the wonder dog passed away on April 25, 2025. She was 12 years old.

Ariella came into the lives of her parents, Sheila and Cameron O’Brien, when she was just six months old. They met her at a dog adoption event in downtown Phoenix and fell in love right way.

Ariella loved swimming with her friends, chasing the ball, hanging out at the dog part, and cuddling up with her parents. She also enjoyed car rides and loved having the window open so she could stick her head out and smile at the other cars.

Ariella leaves behind her parents, Cameron and Sheila, her human brother Claude, and her dog sister Snowball.

“We’ll never have another dog quite like Ariella,” Sheila said. “She was on a different wavelength from any pet we’ve ever had. We’ll miss her so much.”
